Zout
In November 2023, after a nice first conversation, for the young, enthusiastic catering entrepreneurs Rick and Jessie, we started with the total design for Zout. Construction of the catering pavilion was to start in January, which required a detailed interior design to ensure the progress of construction. That put quite a bit of time pressure on us when it came to creating the complete interior plan and all the elaborations. We made a spatial design in which it was important that the layouts for the kitchen and dishwashing area, the toilet group, the bar layout, the restaurant and the chip shop ran smoothly. We created beautiful views and chose finishes and materials that completely matched the atmosphere and appearance that Jessie and Rick wanted. We made a construction plan and supervised the construction. In collaboration with a great team of professionals, it has become a beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks until the early hours.
